Hall of Fame
The Canada Ball Hockey Hall of Fame was established in 2003. Every year players are nominationed for induction. The Hall of Fame was established to honor and recognize the performance and outstanding achievements of it's participating members along with the valuable contributions that they have made to the game of ball hockey. Equally as important is the level of professionalism and leadership that the individual has exemplified in maintaining the spirit and integrity of the game as a player throughout the years in the CBHA respectively.
HOF CRITERIA PLAYERS

Is the player consistently one of the one or two best players on a top level CBHA "A" club team or provincial team year after year at Nationals?

Is the player considered one of the top players in our sport for a period of years. Displaying an excellence in the sport of ball hockey consistently through the years?

CBHA HOF candidate players must lead team to consistent National successful tournaments. SF & Final finishes. A player of team and individual strength.

Is the player a consistent all-star, top Goalie, Defenceman or Forward, leading scorer or top statistical goalie of the CBHA National "A" tourneys? Year after year?

Is the player an ambassador for the sport of ball hockey and has he maintained a model of deportment on and off the floor that is exemplary of a CBHA Hall of Player?

The CBHA Executive Board has the authority and responsibility to uphold these high standards for our Players HOF for years to come. To maintain the high standards of the HOF famers of the past, and the HOF players of the future.

The Slovak Ball Hockey Union and the @isbhf jointly announced that the 2024 U18 and U16 World Junior Men’s Ball Hockey Championships will take place July 4-7 at Niké Arena in Žilina, Slovakia.
General Manager Gary Slavin will lead our U16 & U18 Junior Team Canada players along side U18 Head Coach Jon Silcox and U16 Head Coach Tyler Anderson.
Niké Arena is the home arena of Vlci Žilina, and has a capacity of 6,200 people.
Žilina was the first choice for the leadership of SHbÚ. Slovakia already organized the U20 Junior championship in Martin (2004), and in 2008 it hosted the U16 & U18 tournament in Zvolen. In 2014 the U16, U18, and U20 World Championships were held in Bratislava.

Congrats to Jamie Lee Rattray, Jocelyn Larocque, Natalie Spooner and Loren Gabel on their incredible achievements in the PWHL Draft!
Toronto made an outstanding choice with Jocelyn Larocque as the second overall pick in the PWHL draft! She's thrilled to be back in Toronto, where she played for the Brampton and Markham Thunder. 🏒
But the excitement doesn't stop there! Joining Jocelyn on this journey is ball hockey sensation Jamie Lee Rattray, from Kanata, Ontario. Boston chose her 15th overall in the third round.
Natalie, a Scarborough native with Olympic and World Championship gold, is Toronto-bound at 23rd overall. 🇨🇦🥇

The CBHA Nationals Championships have completed a remarkable journey for 2023, starting in Mississauga, ON, with a memorable stop in St. John's, NL to the end here in Saint John, NB.
The introduction of the Jack Cup added a fresh layer of excitement, promising a future of elevated competition. With the continuous growth of youth programs and the addition of new members, the CBHA Association is poised to go from strength to strength.
Of course, the heart of any championship lies with the teams who battle it out on the floor. Congratulations to the victors: the Men's 44+ British Columbia Legends, the Men's 34+ champions, New Brunswick's very own Mooseheads, the undefeated Women's A champions from Ottawa, the Capitals, and the remarkable 3-time consecutive winners and 10-time overall champions, Brampton Midnight Express.
Your hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship shone through, inspiring aspiring players and leaving a mark of excellence on the tournament.
As the final whistle blows on this year's championship, the CBHA community looks forward to the promise of the next year, armed with enthusiasm and a shared love for the game.
